About Wilmington University

Wilmington University is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II institution that competes in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC). The Conference is comprised of 13 schools throughout Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut.

The Wildcats sponsor 16 intercollegiate athletic teams. In the fall, Wilmington offers men's and women's cross country, men's golf, men's and women's soccer, women's tennis, and women's volleyball. The winter season has men's and women's basketball, and women's bowling, while the spring consists of men's baseball, men's and women's lacrosse, women's softball, and men's and women's track & field.

The Athletic Department at Wilmington University aims to promote the education and development of our students through participation in intercollegiate athletics. The Athletic Department seeks to instill the desire to achieve academic and athletic excellence in all student-athletes, while fostering sportsmanship, school spirit, and ethical conduct that includes honesty, integrity and fair play.
