Will Razzano joins the Wilmington University staff as an Assistant Athletic trainer in February 2015. His primary sport responsibilities will be men’s soccer, cheerleading, softball, and track and field.

Razzano will also serve as a liaison between the University and Pivot Physical Therapy to provide rehabilitation services to all athletes. He will also take over as the coordinator of the NCAA mandatory drug testing services when called upon.

Razzano comes to Wilmington after working as a trainer for Dynamic Physical Therapy. As part of a shared program, Razzano would work with both Dynamic patients and then spend time at Wilmington working with the non-championship student-athletes until he was hired full-time with the Wildcats.

He has also worked with the MOT Youth Football League in Delaware, the St. Joseph’s University baseball team, the Drexel softball team, and at Upper Darby High School after graduating.

Razzano received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Neumann University in 2009. He earned valuable clinical education experiences by working with the Knights’ spring athletics team including tennis, baseball, softball, lacrosse, and women’s basketball. He also spent time working at Strath Haven High School while an undergraduate student.

Razzano is a BOC Certified/Licensed Athletic Trainer and is also a Certified Clinical Instructor (preceptor) through Neumann University. He is a Certified CPR Instructor, and trained in basic life support, CPR, and First Aid. He is also a Certified ImPact Trained Athletic Trainer.
