Baseball vs Felician in CACC Championship

The Wildcats needed to win two games against Felician on Sunday to claim their seventh CACC Tournament Championship, and that is exactly what they did. In a pressure packed first game, it was a Brooks Ryan 10th inning two-run triple that was the deciding factor after an outstanding performance from senior Chuck Delagol. In the winner-take-all game, the Wildcats scored early and gave senior Nick Grant a 7-0 lead in the top of the sixth, with the big hit coming from senior Christian Adorno, a three-run double to right field. Nick Grant was named the CACC Tournament MVP for his stellar play in left, at the plate, and pitching seven strong innings in the championship game. Brad Scull, Chuck Delagol, Kendall Small, and Dakota Graham were also named to the All-Tournament Team. The Wildcats earn the CACC's automatic berth into the NCAA Division II East Regional Tournament starting Thursday. Interviews with head coach Brian August, Chuck Delagol, and Nick Grant.
