NEWARK, Del. - - Wilmington University men's lacrosse head coach Christian Zwickert will hold an open-tryout at the WU Athletics Complex turf field scheduled for Friday, September 15 at 9:00 a.m.
Any current Wilmington University enrolled student interests in trying out for the inaugural men's lacrosse team should attend this open tryout. In order to tryout, contact must be made with Coach Zwickert prior to the collection of the mandatory paperwork.
Once you have reached out to Coach Zwickert about the interest in trying out, the following documents must be turned into Coach Zwickert by Tuesday, September 12, either in person or by email at Christian.s.zwickert@wilmu.edu.

- A physical from your personal doctor within the last six (6) months
- Documented results of a sickle cell solubility test
The tryout will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the home of the Wildcats, the state of the art turf field at the WU Athletics Complex. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., so please plan to arrive early to get through registration prior to the tryout. Any student attending the tryout must provide his own practice attire and practice gear.
