The Wildcats led by as many as 7-3 early in the fourth quarter before teh Firebirds fought back to tie the game, 9-9, and had a shot at the buzzer to win it in regulation. Sean Sheehan secured teh overtime win with his second goal of the day. Dylan McCleaft scored five goals for the Wildcats while Austin Wood and Ralph Ruggiero had a goal and an assist each.
