NEWARK, Del. - - Entering the 2022 season, Wilmington University men's lacrosse assistant coach Ronnie Sanna has been elevated to Associate Head Coach, as announced by head coach Christian Zwickert.
Sanna has been the number one assistant for Zwickert since the inception of the program with the 2018 season. Ronnie Sanna is in charge of the attack as the offensive coordinator and is the program's recruiting coordinator.
The Delaware native graduated from Salesianum before his collegiate playing career at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to Wilmington, Sanna cut his teeth as a coach at The Tatnall School in 2013. He then coached at Caravel Academy for two seasons before spending the 2016 spring season at Princeton University as a prospect coach.
