NEWARK, Del. - - Wilmington University softball head coach Mike Shehorn has announced the addition of a Winter All Skills Clinics in January to be held at the WU Athletics Complex.

The Wildcats' coaching staff will welcome interested participants on Sunday, January 27 to the WU Athletics Complex on Pulaski Highway. This is an advanced all skills clinic aimed for girls in grades 8-12. This clinic is not intended for beginner players.

The clinic will run from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. and will be split equally between the defensive and offensive side of the ball.

All participants are required to bring their own softball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, cleats/spikes, running or turf shoes, hat/visor, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear.

The clinics will either be in the gym (turf shoes), or outside on the turf depending on the weather. The WU Athletics Complex can be found at:
