Softball vs. Dominican

The Wildcats earned a CACC split with Dominican on Thursday, dropping the opener, 9-7, before coming back to win the nightcap, 10-1, in six innings. Lauren Lopez collected eight RBI in the doubleheader, breaking the single season record with 54 RBI on the year, breaking Jillian Stafford's mark of 51 set in 2013. Annie Davila and Makayla McCarthy hit homers in the opener before Lexi Baughman capped the victory with a two-run shot in the sixth in the nightcap. The Wildcats are now 27-11, 15-3 in CACC play.
