2015 (XC): All-CACC (14th) – Competed in all six events as a true freshman for the Wildcats – best overall finish was a seventh place finish at both the WUXC Invite and the Jack St. Clair Championship – ran a personal best 28:48.4 in the 8K at the Panorama Farms Invitational, finishing 30th overall – earned All-CACC with a 14th place finish at the CACC Championships in 29:13.2 – also finished 120th at the NCAA Division II East Regional Championships with a 10K time of 36:12.6.

 

High School: Ran cross country and track and field at Rockville High School for coaches Karl Kraus and Katie Gross – Divisional and Regional Champions for Cross Country – 2015 Top 3 in the 80m in states, and 4x800 – also played baseball for head coach Fanon Riggis – 2011 Regional Champions – Honor Roll member all four years – National Honor Society – Vice President of the Best Buddies Program – Aces Scholar.

Personal: Manuel Antuno Sueno-Nolasco – son of Ygnacia Nolasco and Julio Sueno – has four siblings, Miguel, Ana, Julia and Jennifer – majoring in behavioral science/criminal justice, with aspirations of becoming a forensic scientist or working in business management – from Rockville, Maryland – favorite athlete is Russel Westbrook – also enjoys playing basketball, listening to music, and hanging out with friends – most played song on his iPod is Peso by ASAP Rocky – his perfect meal would be any Dominican food – he considers is parents to be his hero – favorite pro sports team is the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Carolina Panthers.
