NEWARK, Del. - - The Wilmington University women's lacrosse team is back in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Tournament as the No. 5 seed this week, traveling to No. 4 Caldwell on Tuesday in the quarterfinals at Essex Valley Field at 4:00 p.m.
Since the game is a part of the CACC Tournament, entrance into Essex Valley FIeld will be ticketed with the following prices:
Adults - $6.00
Students, Children, and Senior Citizens - $3.00
The Wildcats earned the No. 5 seed with a 5-4 CACC record, going 7-9 overall. They previously lost to No. 4 Caldwell (5-8, 5-4 CACC), 18-17, on April 7 at the WU Athletics Complex.
The fourth, fifth, and sixth seeds needed to be determined by a coin flip tiebreaker. The Wildcats and Cougars were selected out of a hat and Caldwell won the coin flip to be the fourth seed.
