Women's Soccer at Philadelphia CACC QuarterfinalsNovember 01, 2016The Wilmington University women's soccer team went on the road and upset Philadelphia, 2-1, in the CACC Tournament Quarterfinals. The 5th seeded Wildcats scored first against the 4th seeded Rams, getting a head from Loran Wyrough in the 38th minute. The Rams came right back and tied the game in the 41st minute. The evenly matched game was decided in the 86th minute as the Wildcats got on the end of a long throw-in from Valerie Bragg. Teigha Ward slammed home a rebound for the game-winner.
