Personal: Ken Fontal – son of Joseph Jean Pierre and Marlene Jean Pierre – has a sister, Jennifer  – majoring in finance at Wilmington University –  “Never concede” is the best piece of advice he’s received – if he could be the head coach of a team for a year, he would want to coach the Newark High School Cross Country team – if he could change one rule about cross country, it would be to be able to with earphones in.
