Awards: 2014: CACC Runner of the Week (9/15); 2013: All-CACC (3rd)

2013: All-CACC (third at CACC Championship) – raced in seven of the eight events for the men’s team in his first season as a Wildcat – earned medalist honors at the WUXC Invite in his first race as a Wildcat, finishing in 28:37.77 – placed sixth at the UD Invite and 10th at the UMass Dartmouth Invite – fastest 8K time was at the UMass Dartmouth Invite in which she finished 25:35.67 – placed 31st at the NCAA Division II Regional Tournament in 33:10.4 – finished 196th in the NCAA Division II National Championship in 34:22.30.

At Harford CC: Ran two years on the cross country team at Harford Community College – won Region XX and MD JUCO Championship as a freshman – third place finishes at the Green Terror Invitational, the Goldey-Beacom Invite and the Hood College Invite as a freshman.

High School: Four year letterwinner in cross country at Bel Air High School – helped lead the team to a second place finish in the Maryland State Meet as a junior – named All-County in three separate years – named the 2010 Maryland Runner of the Year – also a distance runner on the Bel Air track & field team – honor roll student.

Personal: Tyler Laine Muse – son of Time and Wanda Muse – has an older brother, Connor – majoring in marketing at Wilmington University – from Bel Air, Md. – his favorite professional sports teams are the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens – considers his mom and dad as his heroes – if he could date a celebrity it would be Blake Lively – favorite athlete is Derek Jeter – his favorite movie is Space Jam.
