2018: Ran in eight meets as a junior – ran a new personal best 6K at the Don Cathcart Invite with a time of 25:58.47 to finish in 55th place – ran a seasons-best 5K at the Chili Pepper Festival with a time of 23:14.9 – finished 18th overall at the WUXC Invite with a time of 24:05.0 – finished 42nd overall at the CACC Championships with a time of 23:17.6 – ran a 27:57.80 at the NCAA Division II East Regional Championships – finished 64th overall at the UD Blue and gold Invite with a time of 30:26.8 – also ran in the Inter-Regional Border Battle with a time of 28:26.4 and the Philly Metro with a with a time of 23:43.6 to finish 49th overall.

2017: Ran in six races her sophomore yearseason’s best 5K came at the CACC Championships with a time of 22:42.3, finishing in 45th place – season’s best 6K came at the NCAA Division II Regional Championships with a time of 28:53.3 – ran a 23:54.0 at the Philly Metro – finished 46th at the Don Cathcart Invite with a time of 25:26.19 – also competed at the UD Invitational #1 and the UD Blue and Gold Invite.

2016: Competed in all seven events for the Wildcats during her freshman season – fasted 5K time of the year came at the Bruce Kirsch Cup in Hopkinton, N.H., running in a time of 21:52.7 for a 69th place finish – fastest 6K time came at the NCAA Division II Regional Tournament, running a 26:47.0 for a 165th place finish – best finish came at the WUXC Invite, placing 14th overall with a time of 22:54.84 in the 5K event.

High School: Ran cross country, and winter and spring track at Council Rock High School South – three-year letterwinner in track and a two-time letterwinner in cross country – honor roll student.

Personal: Emily R. Kockott – daughter of Mark and Gaylene Kockott – has two older brothers, Luke and Dan, and an younger brother, Callum – cousin, Rory Kockott, played rugby on the France National Team in 2014-15 – cousin, Nancy Kockott, played tennis at Tulane University (2001-05) – majoring in environmental science and policy at Wilmington University with aspirations of becoming an environmental scientist – from Holland, Pa. – also enjoys walking in the park - her favorite cartoon character is Tina from Bob’s Burgers – her favorite athlete is Dom Scott – her spirit animal is a giraffe - her perfect meal would be vodka penne.
