2019 Cross Country Season Preview

The Wilmington cross country teams open their 2019 seasons on September 14 at Kutztown. The men won the CACC CHampionship last year and the women finished a team best second overall. 19th year head coach Keith Jones talks about getting over the hump with the women in the conference championship and how the men can repeat as the teams head into the 2019 campaign.
