2018 Season (Junior Season): Appeared in 13 games starting in 10 on defense as a junior – third on the team collecting 40 groundballs on the year – finished second in the CACC with 25 caused turnovers – had two shots on the year – made one assist on the year at Chowan on March 7 – had a season-high six groundballs at Post on April 8 – had a season-high five caused turnovers in 14-10 win at Davis & Elkins on March 29 – had five games of collecting four groundballs.

At Centenary: Two-year defender for the Cyclones – played in 12 games and made seven starts as a sophomore in 2017 – tallied eight groundballs and caused seven turnovers as a sophomore – played in 11 games with 10 starts as a freshman – tallied 26 groundballs and caused 19 turnovers in 2016.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at the Delaware Military Academy for head coach Kevin Walker and assistant coach Pat Rexrode – named First Team All-Conference – helped lead the team to the second round of the DIAA State Tournament as a senior in 2015, finishing 13-4 overall – also a four-year letterwinner in wrestling at DMA for head coach Pat Kelley – named All-State as a wrestler.

Personal: Jonathan Logan Howell – son of Jon and Barbara Howell – has a younger brother Chris – earned Eagle Scout honors – majoring in business management at Wilmington University – from Bear, Del. – also enjoys hunting, fishing, an spending time at his uncles farm - favorite athlete is Aaron Rodgers – if he could date a celebrity, he would date Blake Lively – favorite professional sports team is the Green Bay Packers – the perfectly prepared meal would be his mom’s chipped beef gravy on biscuits – greatest piece of advice he has ever received is, “You just gotta send it!”
