Men’s Lacrosse Moves Up One Spot in Latest USILA National Poll; Hold Firm in USA Lacrosse Magazine

NEWARK, Del. - - The Wilmington University men's lacrosse team moved up one spot in this week's USILA Division II National Poll to No. 19 while holding firm in the USA Lacrosse Magazine National Poll at No. 16.

The Wildcats went 2-0 last week, extending their winning streak to seven games while staying undefeated in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference play. They defeated Felician, 22-3, at home and then went on the road to defeat Dominican, 14-4, on Saturday night. The Wildcats are now 8-3 overall and 4-0 in CACC play.

The Wildcats have one game this week, as they host reigning CACC Champion Chestnut Hill on Wednesday afternoon. The opening face-off is set for 4:00 p.m. at the WU Athletics Complex.
