Men’s Lacrosse’s Jake Copio to Play in the 2022 USILA Senior All-Star Game

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - - Senior attack Jake Copio will get one more game to close out his collegiate career, as he has been selected to participate in the 2022 United State Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Senior All-Star Game sponsored by Dynamic.

The game will take place on Friday, May 27, at Providence College. There will be two games on Friday, first featuring the Division III Senior All-Stars at 5:00 p.m. and then the Division I/II game will commence at 7:30 p.m. Both games will be live streamed by the Lax Sports Network at https://www.ftfnext.com/lsn.

Jake Copio (Smyrna, Del./Caesar Rodney) finished third on the team this spring with 58 points. He scored 34 goals while adding a team third best 24 assists. He had a season best six goals in a win at Caldwell while having a season best eight points at Post on April 23 with four goals and four assists. He had five games with five or more points this past season.

In his two seasons as a Wildcat, Copio amassed 47 goals and 32 assists for 79 points in 24 games played. His teams advanced to the CACC Tournament Championship game in each of his two seasons.

The Division I/II USILA Senior All-Star Game rosters are split between the North and South Regions with the North team consisting of 32 student-athletes between the two divisions. The team will be coached by the Saint Anselm College coaching staff.
