At Lees McRae College: Cruz appeared in a total of three games during his freshman season in 2019- Cruz as a freshman made seven saves in 18 shots faced in a little over 42 minutes of action- as a sophomore, Cruz appeared in six of the team's seven games during the abbreviated 2020 season- in 251:21 minutes of action, Cruz made 60 saves, posted a .420 save percentage and went 0-4-0 in goal- had three games where he made 10 or more saves.
High School: Played goalie at New Hanover High School in Wilmington, NC.- member of the National Honors Society and Honor Roll- was a SACC member.
Personal: Antonio Jack Cruz- prefers to be called Jack- has a younger sister Maya- from Wilmington, NC.- majoring in cyber security at Wilmington University- if he could date a celebrity it would be Shakira- his spirit animal is an eagle- biggest superstition on game day is wearing his lucky shirt- prefers animals over people, sunrise over sunsets, and Instagram over Twitter.
