2023 Season (Junior): Second Team All-CACC - Became the second Wildcat in program history to score 100 career goals on April 4 at Georgian Court
2022 season (Sophomore): USILA North All-Region Honorable Mention - CACC Player of the Year - First Team All-CACC - USILA Team of the Week (4/4; 4/11; 5/2) - CACC Player of the Week (4/4; 4/11; 4/18)- Most Goals in the CACC (57)- Third overall in total points in the CACC with 67 points- played in all 15 games getting 13 starts- scored 57 goals and 10 assists- picked up 33 ground balls for the Wildcats.
2021 season (Freshman): Started all 9 games scoring 16 goals and 7 assists- finished second on the team with points totaling 23 points overall- Collected 11 ground balls- scored three goals and registered two assists in a 17-5 victory against Caldwell on May 1.
2020 Season (Freshman): Season shortened due to COVID-19- appeared and started in 5 games- scored 9 goals and dished out four assists, for a total of 13 points- scored four goals against the University of District of Columbia in a 15-8 victory.
High School: played as an attacker in Kingsway High School in Woolwich, N.J., for coaches Sean Dunn, Kyle McLaughlin, and Dave Dominik – First Team All-Olympic Conference – Second Team All-Olympic Conference – named offensive MVP.
Personal: Giovanni M. Marino – son of Vernon and Donna Marino – from Woolwich, N.J. – majoring in criminal justice in hopes of becoming a police officer – has two siblings, Russell and Dominic – also enjoys basketball and football – if he could be someone else for a day he would be Bill Gates –his favorite movie is D3 football finest and Wedding Crasher- his hero in life is his father- owns a bunny named Bubbles- prefers people over animals, texts over calls, and to have plans rather than being surprised.
