Title: Assistant Coach

Brittany Rhodes returns to the WU Athletics Complex for her first season as an assistant coach for the 2021 season under head coach Kevin Day. She played lacrosse and soccer as a Wildcat during her time at Wilmington University from 2009-14. 

Since graduating from Wilmington University, Rhodes earned her Certificate in Personal Training (CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2016, earned a master's degree in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition and became a Certified Sports Nutritionist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN) in 2017, and worked as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist & Wellness Coordinator for NovaCare Rehabilitation (2016-2018).

She has also coached lacrosse since ending her student-athlete career at Wilmington, coaching at Eastern Tech and continuing to coach for the Elite Lacrosse Club since 2015.

During her time as a Wildcat, Rhodes earned Honorable Mention All-CACC and the Wildcat Award on the lacrosse field, but also was a First Team All-CACC, All-Region, Team MVP, and Wildcat Award performer for the women's soccer team that won the CACC Regular Season Championship twice (2010 and 2012). She helped lead the team to the program's only CACC Tournament Championship and NCAA Tournament berth in 2012.
