After playing two seasons and graduating from Stony Brook with a degree in psychology, she finished her collegiate career at Mount St. Mary's, earning her master's in sports management.

Moeller's career began by being named to the American East All-Rookie Team in 2017, recording 73 points on 38 goals and still a program-record 35 assists. Her 73 points in 2017 rank third for a single season in program history. She was named Second Team All-America East as a sophomore in 2018 after playing 12 games before a season-ending injury. She finished second on the team with 64 points (39g, 25a), ranked third in the America East in goals per game (3.25), fourth in assists per game (2.08), and fourth in points per game (5.33), despite missing the final five games.

She moved on to play the 2019 and 2020 seasons at Stony Brook, starting in 16 of the 24 games played. She finished second on the team with 27 assists in 2019, adding 17 goals for 44 points, helping her team to the America East Championship and the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament. She played in three goals while scoring two goals with an assist in the COVID-19 shortened 2020 season.

In her graduate season at Mount St. Mary's, she led the team with 22 assists while finishing second on the team with 58 points, ranking third in the NEC in averaging 3.93 points per game. She helped lead The Mount to the 2021 NEC Championship and a berth in the NCAA Tournament.
