NEWARK, Del. - - Wilmington University volleyball head coach Kim Huggins-Habbert, who completed her 18th year at the helm in the fall, has announced that long-time assistant Ross Barlow has been elevated to Associate Head Coach, starting with the 2022 season.

Ross Barlow has been by Huggins-Habbert's side from day one, being on the bench for the Wildcats since they joined the NCAA ranks in 2004.

Barlow helped coach the Wildcats to the 2004 CACC Tournament Championship as well as the 2012, 2013, and 2014 teams that won the CACC South Regular Season titles. He has helped coach the team to 20 or more wins in a season nine times.

Led by Huggins-Habbert and Barlow, the Wildcats won their 300th career NCAA game this past fall.
