Awards: 2013: All-CACC (14th); 2012: All-CACC (7th)

2013: All-CACC (14th at CACC Championship) – raced the final seven events for the men’s team after missing the WUXC Invite to start the season – finished 43rd at the NCAA Division II East Regional Championship in 33:32.4 – finished 167th at the NCAA Division II National Championship with a time of 33:24.80 – best finish outside the CACC Championship was 26th at the UD Invite in which he finished in 28:42.66 – best 8K time was 26:25 at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational.

2012: All-CACC (seventh at CACC Championship) – one of the team’s most consistent runners, participating in six meets in the season consisting of the DVC Invite, WUXC Invite, RiverHawks, Don CathCart, CACC Conference Championships, and East Regional meet – finished in the top 10 in three separate events, including the DVC Invite (sixth), WUXC Invite (fifth), and the CACC Championship (seventh) – ran a season’s best 26:29 in 8K meet at the Don Cathcart Invite, placing 12th overall – also finished 63rd at the East Regional meet in 31:16.5 in the 10K.

High School: Eight year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track at St. Mark’s High School under head coach Tom McCartan – named the cross country captain in 2011 – named the cross country Team MVP in 2011held a personal record of 4:38.06 in the mile in 2011

Personal: Matthew Todd Mossman – son of Mark Mossman and Ms. Sharon Mossman – has two older sisters, Brittany and Shannon – majoring in computer and network security at Wilmington University – from Wilmington, Del. – favorite athlete is Steve Prefontaine – if he could date a celebrity, he would date Taylor Swift – the most played song on his iPod is “Drink In My Hand” by Eric Church – his favorite movie is Black Hawk Down.
