Sixty-six (66) student-athletes on Thursday were named to the 2023 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Women's Lacrosse All-Academic Team, as announced by Commissioner Dan Mara. All 11 CACC schools that compete in the sport were represented on the All-Academic Team.
