NEW CASTLE, Del. - - The defending Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Tournament Champion Wilmington University softball team has announced the registration of its October Clinics to be held at Asbury Field.
The eight separate clinics will be held on the weekends of October 22-23 and October 29-30 with morning and afternoon sessions. Sign up for one, two, any or all the clinics! Registration is seperated into each clinic available.
The Infield Clinic will run from 9-12 pm on Saturday October 22 and 29 with a separate Pitcher/Catcher Clinic held in the afternoon from 12:30-3:30 pm. Each Sunday begins with an Outfield Clinic from 9-12 pm with a separate Hitting/Slapping Clinic from 12:30-3:30 pm.
The seperated clinics offer each softball player to be coached by the entire NCAA Division II Wilmington softball coaching staff with specialized attention in each clinic.
The clinics are for girls currently in fifth through 12th grades with participants being broken into small groups based on age and skill level. Parents are welcome to stay and watch throughout the entire clinic at Asbury Field.
The cost is $65.00 per clinic with payment and registration completed online at http://athletics.wilmu.edu/camps/camps-list.
