2017: Competed in six events as a freshman for the Wildcats – season’s best 8K came at the Don Cathcart Invite in a time of 27:05.04, where he finished 35th overall – finished sixth overall at the WUXC invite in 29:51.33 – finished 15th overall at the UD Invitational #1 in a time of 29:09.17 – competed at the CACC Championships finishing 23rd overall with a time of 28:28.8 – also competed in the Philly Metro and the UD Blue and Gold Invite.
High School: Ran cross country and track at Caravel Academy – broke the school record for the 3200 meter event as a senior (9:34) – finished second at the Division II State Championships in the 3200 meter event as a senior – finished second in the 1600 meter event in the Meet of Champions as a senior – finished eighth at the cross country Division II State Championships as a junior and senior – also a member of the swim team at Caravel Academy – was the Freshman Class Treasurer, the Sophomore Class President, and the Senior Vice President during high school.
