NEWARK, Del. - - The Wilmington University baseball team is hosting its inaugural Golf Outing on Friday, November 6 at Back Creek Golf Club.
Come out and enjoy a round of golf and a lunch buffet with alumni, family, and friends while also helping to fund the 2016 Wilmington University baseball team. The Wildcats are looking to defend their NCAA Division II East Regional Tournament Championship starting this spring, with the goal to make it back to the NCAA Division II National Finals.
There are four ways to help the Wildcats while also enjoying a round of golf:
A) Tournament Sponsor - $1,000
- Earn registration for FOUR golfers, a hole sponsorship, recognition at lunch, name on on the outing sponsorship board, and an outing t-shirt.
B) Team Sponsor - $410
- Earn registration for FOUR golfers to play on your behalf, company's behalf, or department's behalf.
C) Hole Sponsor - $125
- Receive a personal or company signage at tee box and an outing t-shirt
D) Single Registration - $100
- Receive range balls, a round of gold, and lunch
The scramble style tournament is set to begin at 9:00 a.m. with a shotgun start. Registration and the practice range will be open starting at 8:00 a.m. The lunch buffet will begin as soon as all the golfers are off the course, or approximately 2:00 p.m.
