NEWARK, Del. - - A trio of Wilmington University women's bowling student-athletes earned a spot on the 2018-2019 National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) All-Academic Team.
In order to be consider an NTCA All-Academic Honoree, a student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher for the academic school year.
Three sophomores made the list for the Wildcats, as Rachel Hirst (Behavioral Science), Bailey Peters (Marketing), and Malia Stout (Psychology) all got it done in the classroom for the Wildcats.
This year, 256 honorees, representing NCAA bowling programs at 55 schools, earned the distinction.
