NEWARK, Del. - - With its regular season over, the Wilmington University women's tennis team now sets its site to the postseason and are currently ranked No. 5 in the latest NCAA Division II East Region Rankings.
The Wildcats earned the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference's automatic berth into the NCAA Regional Tournament by winning the conference championship, and now await their fate and seeding as the regular season is over.
The NCAA East Regional Tournament is set to begin May 13 and the Wildcats will understand their seeding and opponent when the NCAA.com Selection Show is released on Tuesday, May 7 at 8:30 p.m.
