Dan Boeher joins the Wilmington University staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer starting in February, 2017. He will cover the men's lacrosse team when they begin their program for the 2017-18 season.
Boeher comes to Wilmington after gaining experience as an Athletic Trainer for NovaCare in Bala Cynwyd, Pa., where he covered athletics for Neumann University, Haverford University, La Salle University, Delaware Valley University, Temple University football team, and the College Rugby Championships at Talen Energy Stadium in Philadelphia.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from West Chester University in May 2015. He earned valuable clinical education experiences from Great Valley High School, Williamson Free Trade School, Archmere Academy, and working with the West Chester University men's and women's basketball teams, as well as the Golden Rams volleyball team while studying at West Chester.
Boeher is certified in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, as well as earning his Board of Certificiation, National Athletic Training Association, and American Safety & Health Institute in CPR for Professional Rescuer certifications as well.
