Golf Recruit Form

The Golf program at Wilmington University would like to give prospective recruits the opportunity to share information with us in order to kick-start the process of recruitment.

STEP 1: Fill out the Recruitment Form below.

This form will provide us with contact information for you and your previous coaches, basic knowledge about your golf career up to this point, your NCAA status, and more.

STEP 2: Submit a Video

YouTube: You can send us a link to a video of yourself playing either in a live round or a swing analysis situation.

Send a DVD: You can also send us a DVD via traditional mail as well. Make sure the DVD is addressed appropriately.
