At University of Mobile: Played two seasons at the University of Mobile, an NAIA program – helped lead the team to the 2014 NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championship Tournament, winning the first two games to reach the Quarterfinals – appeared in 18 games as a sophomore, making 13 starts – scored four goals while adding three assists for 11 points – named to the 2014 SSAC All-Tournament Team – also appeared in 12 games a freshman in 2013, making seven starts – contributed one assist as a freshman.

High School: Attended Community Secondary School in Rumuomasi, Port Harcourt – was an attacking midfielder for Community Secondary School from 2006-2011 under Coach Ada.

Personal: Clifford Otemaetti Nwechefom (en-WHECH-eh-foom) – son of Daba Batubo – has two older brothers, Kenneth Lawson Nwechefom, and Charles Lawson Nwechefom, as well as a younger sister, {rincess Lawson Nwechefom – majoring in business management at Wilmington University with aspirations to develop youth sports in Africa – from Port Harcourt, Nigeria – also enjoys basketball – the most played song on his iPod is “Carry Your Throne” by Jon Bellion – if he could be anything besides a collegiate athlete, he would want to be a preacher – favorite professional sports team is Manchester United – considers his mum his hero.
