2013 (Sophomore): After appearing in relief in his first two games as a Wildcat, he became the starter in goal, starting 15 games as a sophomore – finished second in the CACC with only 14 goals allowed, and third with nine wins – finished fourth in the CACC with a 0.99 goals against average – made a season high five saves twice, first at Bridgeport in a 1-0 shutout victory and again at Concordia a 3-2 come-from-behind victory – recorded four saves against Post in the first round of the NCAA Division II East Region Tournament. 

At Del Tech CC: Played 16 games in goal for Del Tech in 2011 – helped team to a 7-9-3, making 113 saves with a 1.96 GAA

High School: Played goalkeeper at Newark High School under head coach Adam Flannigan

Personal: Frank J. Hall – son of Edward Hall and Margaret Costello – has an older sister, Sara – sister, Sara, was a goalkeeper at Philadelphia University (2005-08) – stepsister, Julie Costello, played soccer at Mount St. Mary’s (2004-06) – majoring in criminal Justice at Wilmington University with aspirations of becoming an attorney – from Newark, Del. – his favorite athletes are Tim Howard and Kobe Bryant – his favorite cartoon character is Archer – favorite movie is City of God – favorite professional sports team is Chelsea.
