It didn't come easy, but No. 22 ranked #WilmUSoftball set a new program record with a CACC sweep over Holy Family, 10-3 and 8-6, at Asbury Field on Friday, extending the winning streak to 14 consecutive games. The two wins bring the Wildcats to 21-10 overall, 8-0 in CACC play. The 14-game winning streak bests the 13-straight games the 2012 team won. Sara Miller and Haley Downin each hit a two-run home run in the opening game as the Wildcats scored at least one run in each of the first five innings. Sara Miller had three hits in game while Saucedo went 2-for-2 with a triple and a double, leading the team with three RBI. Stewart and Gillis also had two hits in the nightcap.
