Redshirt Freshman Season 2019: CACC Rookie of the Year – First Team All-CACC – CACC Rookie of the Week (3/11; 4/8; 4/15) - appeared in 19 games, starting in 16 of them – finished fifth on the team with 35 goals – made 75 assists, which is first all-time in program history in a season - collected 14 ground balls and had 10 caused turnovers – had one draw control – finished the year with 84 shots, 63 on goal – had a 75.0 shot on goal percentage by the end of the season – had a season-high four goals twice throughout the season, first at Mars Hill on March 4 and second vs. Felician on April 3 – broke the all-time record for assists in a game twice, first against Holy Family on April 9 with eight, before recording 10 at Caldwell on April 13 – broke the all-time record of points in a game with 13 at Caldwell on April 13 after recording three goals and 10 assists – had six games with 10 or more points – totaled 110 points on the season, which is first in program history - third all-time in program history with 75 career assists – first all-time in program history with 3.95 career assists per game - 10^th all-time in program history with 110 career points – first all-time in program history with 5.79 career points per game.

Freshman Season 2018: Red-shirt season

High School: Four-year letterwinner as an attack on the lacrosse team at Ceasar Rodney for head coach Debra Vingling – two time 2^nd team Allstate –  one time 1^st team All-Conference in the North Henelopen Conference.

Personal: Delaney Kildare Steele – daughter of Melissa and Conrad Steele – has three younger siblings, Eibhlin, Ian and Rory – majoring in middle level education here at Wilmington University with a career goal of teaching middle school social studies – her biggest pet peeve is when people interrupt her – her favorite song is Controlla – if she could date a celebrity it would be Zayn Malik - the greatest piece of advice she received in this sport is “be humble. Let your actions do the talking”.
