Jess Graybeal joined the Wilmington University women’s lacrosse staff in 2013 after completing a four-year career as a Wildcat, including playing under head coach Jackie Trainer in 2012. She heads into her third season as the Wildcats’ assistant coach.

Graybeal is a 2012 graduate of Wilmington University with a degree in sports management and was a four-year member of the Wildcat’s lacrosse team. During her time as a Wildcat, Graybeal was a two-time First Team All-CACC student-athlete, as well as earning Second Team and Honorable Mention All-CACC earlier in her career.

While a member of the women’s lacrosse team at Wilmington, Graybeal started in all but one game in her four-year career. Graybeal led the team defensively in her junior and senior years after playing offense as a freshman and sophomore. She was selected team MVP, team captain and received the coveted Wildcat award.

She began playing lacrosse at the age of five in her hometown of Havre de Grace, Md. in the local parks & recreation program. Graybeal also played club lacrosse for NEMS, and was a four year member of the varsity lacrosse team at Havre de Grace High School. 

Graybeal is a current US Lacrosse official and helps out with the parks and recreation teams.  She is the daughter of Donald and Sandra Graybeal and currently resides in Havre de Grace, Md.
