NEW HAVEN, Conn. - - With one match remaining in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference women's soccer regular season, one thing is certain. The Wilmington University women's soccer team earned the No. 8 seed and will head to No. 1 Holy Family on Tuesday starting at 2 p.m.

Nyack plays Concordia on Friday afternoon to determine the fourth and fifth seeds of the CACC Tournament, but the eight teams are locked into place.

Holy Family captured the 2013 Regular Season crown with 27 points while Caldwell holds the head-to-head tiebreaker over Georgian Court as both have 26 points. Caldwell and Georgian Court each hold a record of 8-2-2 in the CACC.

Dominican is sitting in the fourth spot and will play Nyack in the CACC Quarterfinals, but the site of the match will be determined after today's final regular season contest. The Chargers are 7-3-2 with 23 points but Nyack (6-3-2, 20 points) holds the tiebreaker over Dominican and with a win today will earn the No. 4 spot.

Philadelphia (5-5-2, 17 points) played its way into the No. 6 seed with back-to-back wins last week while Bloomfield (5-6-1, 16 points) will take the No. 7 seed. Wilmington finished tied with Bloomfield, but lost the head-to-head match and will be in the eighth position with a 5-6-1 record and 16 points. Chestnut Hill also finished with a 5-6-1 record and 16 points, but the Wildcats 4-3 come-from-behind over the Griffins in the final 12 minutes proves to be the tie-breaker.

Earlier this season on October 1 the Wildcats dropped a 1-0 decision on the road at Holy Family. The Tigers' Brittany Robinson scored in the 60th minute as the only goal of the contest. Holy Family outshot the Wildcats, 19-7, but Wilmington earned more corners, 2-1, in the match.

Julia Brown made eight saves in goal for the Wildcats, while Sienna Smith needed to make four stops in goal for the shutout victory.

Admission for the CACC Tournament is $6 for adults and $3 for student with an ID.

The Wildcats' defense of the CACC Tournament Championship starts at 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
