At Delaware: Raced in six events in his first season as a Blue Hen in 2010 – finished 36th in the CAA Conference Meet and 129th overall in the NCAA Regional meet. 

High School: Four year letterwinner in cross country at Caesar Rodney – earned the team’s Sportsmanship Award in 2008 – earned First Team All-State in 2008, placing fourth overall –placed sixth overall as a junior in the 2007 state meet – also lettered in swimming and in track & field – earned the swimming team’s sportsmanship award in 2008 – president of the sportsmanship club – secretary of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) – National Honor Society member

Personal: Marshall Lee Hawkins – son of Kevin and Terri Hawkins – has three siblings, Justin James, Kevin Hawkins, and Miranda Hawkins – sister, Miranda, plays lacrosse at Delaware State – earning his M.B.A in Health Care Administration at Wilmington University with aspirations of working in administration in a healthcare organization – from Dover, Del. – his heroes are his brothers who are currently serving overseas – his favorite meal is gnocchi’s with Italian sausage – if he could date a celebrity with would be Katherine Heigl.
