NEW HAVEN, Conn. - - An overall week of 9-2 between the Wilmington University baseball, softball, and women's lacrosse team produced a number of Wildcats mentioned on this week's Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Weekly Report, as announced by the conference office on Monday.

It's a repeat appearance on the Weekly Report for Whiteside, as she was the CACC Softball Rookie of the Week last week as well. Whiteside went 2-0 in two appearances last week, tossing 11 shutout innings while striking out nine batters.

Whiteside came on in relief in her first appearance, tossing the final five innings at Georgian Court. She started game two against USciences, striking out five batters while going all six innings of an 8-0 shutout victory. She only allowed three hits while not walking a batter for her second complete game shutout of the season.
