NEWARK, Del. - - In preparation for the upcoming 2016 Wilmington University women's lacrosse season, fourth year head coach Jackie Trainer has scheduled an open tryout on Tuesday, October 13 at the WU Athletics Complex.
Any currently enrolled full-time Wilmington University students interested in trying out for the 2016 squad must contact Trainer regarding interest in the program, as well as have the proper paperwork filled out and returned to Trainer no later than Tuesday, October 6.
The tryout date is set for Tuesday, October 13 at 8:00 a.m. at the WU Athletics Complex.
In order to tryout, the following documents must be turned into Trainer and the athletic department no later than October 6:
- Official Wilmington University Tryout Waiver (pdf)
- A physical from your personal doctor within the last six months
- Documents results of a sickle cell solubility test
