NEWARK, Del. - - The week of schedule changes continued on Wednesday as rain and lightning forced the postponement of the Wilmington University women's lacrosse team and Jefferson on Wednesday afternoon at the WU Athletics Complex.

The first lightning strike came with about 15 minutes left in pregame and the teams were never able to get back onto the field. 

The teams will make up the game on Thursday, April 4, with the first draw coming at 3:00 pm.
