Tom Cislo joined the Wilmington University women's soccer coaching staff in the winter of 2012, adding valued experience to the already tenured staff. Cislo has been in the coaching circle since 1998.

Most recently, Cislo was the assistant coach for the women's teams at Burlington County College from 2008-11, helping lead the team to the NJCAA Division 1 Region 19 Championship in 2010 and 2011. He also helped lead the team to three Garden State Athletic Conference Championships in his four years.

He moved on to Burlington County College after four successful seasons as the assistant coach at Riverside High School in Riverside, N.J., from 2003 to 2006. He helped lead the team to three Freedom Conference Championships, including the South Jersey Group 1 and the New Jersey State Group 1 Championships in 2005. Cislo also spent one season at the JV Coach at Riverside High School in 2002, leading the team to a 9-1-2 overall record.

Cislo started his coaching tenure with the Pittsgrove Soccer Club in Pittsgrove, N.J. in 1998, coaching for two years. During his time with Pittsgrove Soccer Club, he led the team to a New Jersey State Cup Finalist honor.

Cislo graduated from LaSalle University in Philadelphia with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 1971. He currently lives with his wife, Bernadette, and has four children, and 11 grandchildren.
