At Rowan College at Gloucester County: Ran cross country and track his freshman and sophomore year making it to the National Championship both years, as a team and for the steeplechase. 

High School: Ran cross country and track at Williamstown High School for coaches Allison Bolten and Dwayne Dobbins – First-Team All-Conference – Second Team All-Conference – Conference Champions. 

Personal: Michael Joseph Dowd – son of Michael and Hope Dowd – has three siblings, Maddy, Ally, and McKenna – McKenna, Madison, and Allison all played soccer for Rowan College at Gloucester County – pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Finance at Wilmington University with aspirations of becoming a sports financial advisor – from Williamstown, N.J. – also enjoys basketball – favorite athlete is Joel Embiid – biggest pet peeve is chewing with your mouth open – favorite pro sports team is the Philadelphia Sixers – the perfect meal prepared for him would be lobster – favorite movie of all time is Step Brothers- most memorable sports moment is the 2017-18 Eagles Super Bowl victory.
