2018 (XC): National Championship at-large qualifier - All-Region (3rd) - CACC Runner of the Year - All-CACC (1st) - CACC Runner of the Week (9/24; 10/15) - CACC Co-Runner of the Week (10/8) – ran in eight meets his senior season, while making it to the Cross Country National Championship – finished 144th overall out of 261 runners, placing him third in program history at the NCAA Division II National Championship with a time of 35:09.4 – finished third overall out of 170 runners at the NCAA Division II East Regional Championship with a new 10K personal best of 32:42.20, making him have the best finish at the NCAA Division II Regional in program history – finished third at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a new 8K personal best of 25:25.96 - finished first out of 88 runners at the CACC Championship, with a time of 26:52.6, helping the men finish first overall out of 14 teams – finished first overall out of 69 runners, with a time of 27:01.3 at the UD Blue and Gold Invite, helping the men place first overall out of six teams – placed 50th overall out of 441 runners at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival with a time of 25:46.5 – placed third overall at the Inter-Regional with a time of 26:27.1 – finished 12th at the Philly Metro in 28:46.9.
2017 (XC): CACC Runner of the Year - All-CACC (1st) - CACC Runner of the Week (9/4; 10/2) – ran in seven races in his first year as a Wildcat - finished first overall at the WUXC Invite with a time of 28:22.07 to help the Wildcats win – also finished first overall at the CACC Championships with a time of 26:39.8 – ran a personal best 8K at the Don Cathcart Invite with a time of 25:38.23 – ran a personal best 10K at the NCAA Division II Regional Championships in 35:11.2, finishing 36th overall – finished third at the Philly Metro with a time of 28:06.1 – also ran in the UD Invite #1 and the UD Blue and Gold Invite.
At Delaware Tech: Ran two seasons of cross country at Delaware Tech – helped lead the team to the NJCAA Division II National Championship meet as a sophomore in 2016 – finished 61st overall at the National Championship with a time of 26:59.27 – was named the NJCAA Region 19 Runner of the Year, winning the regional championship with a time of 27:26.10.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track at St. Mark’s – set the freshman state record in the 5K with a time of 16:38 in 2010 – earned third team All-State as a cross country senior in 2013.
Personal: Mark V.
