2016 Season: First Team All-CACC – CACC Spring All-Academic – played in 53 games while making 52 starts as a junior – led the team with 10 doubles, adding two triples and four home runs – knocked in a team best 26 RBI while scoring 23 more – batted .306, going 49-for-160 on the season – finished second on the team with a .469 slugging percentage – went a season’s best 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI in game one against Philadelphia on April 6 – had 13 games with multiple hits, including going 2-for-3 with two doubles and an RBI against Lock Haven on February 20 – hit triples against Caldwell and at Nyack – hit home runs against Chestnut Hill, USciences, Goldey-Beacom, and Felician – had a season high four RBI in a 2-for-3 game against USciences, hitting a homer and scoring two runs – had a hit in each of the four CACC Tournament games.

2015 Season: First Team NFCA All-East Region – Second Team Daktronics All-East Region – Second Team All-CACC – appeared in 48 games while making 43 starts as a sophomore – batted .315 with 41 hits, including 11 doubles and three home runs – knocked in a team’s third best 25 RBI while scoring 13 runs – batted 2-for-2 with two home runs and three RBI in game one against Bloomfield on April 25 – other home run came on March 26 against Philadelphia, a part of a 2-for-4 game with three RBI – also added a three RBI game on March 5 against Southern New Hampshire, batting 3-for-4 – batted 2-for-2 with a season high two doubles, two RBI, and two runs scored against Nyack on April 4 – doubled in the lone run in the 16-inning loss to Adelphi in the NCAA Division II East Regional Tournament.

2014 Season: CACC All-Tournament - Wilmington Academic All-Star – appeared in 40 games as a freshman, making 29 starts – led the team with a .341 batting average, collecting 30 hits in 88 at-bats – hit five double and two home runs as a freshman – knocked in 20 RBI while scoring 15 more – collected her first collegiate hit on March 11 against Alderson-Broaddus – didn’t become a full-time hitter until late in the season, making every day starts from April 5 to the end of the year – had three three-hit games, including going 3-for-5 with a double against Caldwell in the CACC Tournament – had a season high four RBI in game two against Dowling, going 3-for-3 with a double – also made 14 appearances on the rubber, going 3-1 with two saves in 33.3 innings pitched – struck out a season high four batters in 5.0 innings in a win against Philadelphia – first collegiate win came on March 15 against Felician.

High School: Four year letterwinner in softball at Lake Forest High School – named Third Team All-State pitcher as a senior – awarded WBOC Mountaire Scholarship and the Mike Adams “Top Female Athlete” award – named First Team All-Conference and Team MVP as a senior – named Second Team All-Conference at third base as a junior – helped lead the team to a DIAA State Tournament appearance as a sophomore in 2011 – named First Team All-Conference as a pitcher and team MVP in 2010 – National Honor Society member.

Personal: Colby Taylor Wyatt – daughter of Louis and Cheryl Wyatt – has an older brother, Tyler – brother, Tyler, played tennis at Delaware State (2007-10) – majoring in elementary education at Wilmington University with aspirations of teaching the fourth grade – from Harrington, Del. – favorite athlete is Clay Matthews – the greatest piece of advice she’s ever received is to “play like you know how and it will all take care of itself”, from her dad – the perfectly prepared meal would be a cheeseburger with fries and mac and cheese drenched in ketchup – the ultimate achievement in life would be making a difference in the children’s lives that come through my future classroom.
