2016: All-CACC (3rd place) - CACC Runner of the Week (9/5; 9/19)

At Louisiana Monroe: Competed in cross country and track and field at the University of Louisiana-Monroe in 2015-16 – ULM’s fastest finish in two of the four regular season meets – won the Southern Miss Invitational with a 5K time of 16:60.12 in his first ever collegiate meet – fastest 8K of the season came at the SBC Championships, the second ULM runner to finish with a time of 27:05.3.

High School: Attended Anestar in Kenya – held the record for the 1500m event during his senior year of high school in the Rift Valley Division Zonals.

Personal: Isaac Kamau Ndirangu – son of Jane Ndirangu – Has two older siblings, Rose and John – has a cousin that professional runs marathons from Kenya – majoring in marketing at Wilmington University – from Nakuru, Kenya – favorite athletes are Mo Farah and David Rudisua – also enjoys soccer – if he could date a celebrity, he would want to date Brandy – favorite movie is Armageddon – favorite professional sports team is Arsenal – the perfectly prepared meal would be Ugali – considers his sister his hero.
