2016 Season: Team Captain - First Team All-CACC - CACC Spring All-Academic

2015 Season: Medical Redshirt season, retained year of eligibility.

2014 Season: CACC Spring All-Academic - Appeared in 15 games as a right-handed pitcher in his first season as a Wildcat, tied for the third most appearances on the team – started five games while going 3-2 overall – struck out 42 batters in 45.1 innings while only walking nine batters – made first appearance on February 23 against Mercyhurst, pitching three scoreless innings – struck out a season high six batters in back-to-back appearances, first against Pace on March 20 and again at Caldwell on March 27 – pitched season high 6.0 innings twice, first in a start at Caldwell on March 27 and again in a start at Bloomfield on April 12.

At Montgomery County C.C.: Played two seasons at Montgomery Country C.C. as a pitcher for head coach Lou Lombardo – named EPAC Pitcher of the Year as a sophomore in 2013 – named First Team All-EPAC and Third Team All-Region 19 in 2013 – went 7-1 with six complete games as sophomore, posting a 1.90 ERA – struck out 86 batters in 61.2 innings pitched.

High School: Was a pitcher and shortstop at Monsignor Bonner High School for head coach Bob Vent – named All-Catholic as a sophomore and a junior in 2002 and 2003 – National Honors Society member – honor roll student – earned Deans List honors.

Personal: Jay S. Kluka – son of Michael and Kathleen Kluka – has two older siblings, Michael and Shannon Sullivan – majoring in criminal justice at Wilmington University – from Chester, Pa. – his favorite all-time athlete is Michael Jordan – other than baseball he enjoys fishing – if he could date a celebrity he would date Kate Upton – favorite movies are Jaws and The Goonies – his favorite professional sports team is the Philadelphia Eagles – favorite cartoon character is Yosemeti Sam – considers his parents his role models.
