LAKEWOOD, N.J. - - The Wilmington University men's soccer team lost a heartbreaker in the first overtime as the host Georgian Court Lions found the back of the net in the 94th minute for the 1-0 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference victory on Tuesday afternoon.

The Wildcats (4-5-3, 4-3 CACC) outshot the Lion's (7-3-2, 4-2-1 CACC) 7-4 in the first half but could not figure out the goalkeeper. The Lions' attempted four shots in the first half with nothing to show for it either.

In the second half, the Lions doubled up the Cats' shots by attempting 10 to the Wildcats' four, with neither team being able to touch the back of the net. The Wildcats' Lorne Bickley led the team in shots with three and two of them landing on goal. Manuel Ruiz Luque and Daniel Loyo each took two shots as well. Goalkeeper Vinny Tasca made five save on six shots on goal. The Wildcats were able to beat the Lions' netminder one time, but a defender was able to clear the ball off the line in time on a Bickley attempt.

But just three minutes and 40 seconds into the first overtime, the Lions' Dan Chochlinski found himself alone on a breakaway down the right side and beat Tasca to secure the overtime win for the Lions.

The Lions' Nicholas Moran led the way with four shots with two of them on goal. Anturo Sanchez took three shots with one of them landing on goal while Luis Silva took two shots, landing one on goal. The Cats only attempted three shots on Lion's goalkeeper Jamie Hickey in 93:40 of action.
