2022 Season: USTFCCCA All-Region (Discus) - Only Wildcat to earn All-Region in two different seasons, earning All-Region in the Hammer Throw in 2021. His season best of 45.35 meters in the discus throw at the Oscar Moore Invitational put him into the Top 5 in the region- 2022 CACC All-Academic Team- 2022 COSIDA Academic All-District- 2022 CACC Champion in the Discus Throw- 2nd place in the Hammer Throw at the 2022 CACC Championships- Fourth place in the Shot Put at the 2022 CACC Championships.

2021 Season: USTFCCCA All-Region (Hammer Throw) - CACC Champion (Hammer Throw) - First Team All-CACC (Hammer Throw) - Second Team All-CACC (Shot Put)- 3^rd place in the discus throw at the CACC Championship 

Prior to Wilmington [at Rowan College of Gloucester County]: NJCAA National Champion in Shot Put- NJCAA All-American- 3^rd place finish at the NJCAA National Championships in the Hammer Throw- Dean’s List.

High School: Four-year letter winner in track & field out of Williamstown High School in Williamstown, NJ for coach Mark Suk- team captain- also played football.

Personal: Joshua Varghese- son of Elsa and Jose Varghese- has two brothers, Jason and Joel- majoring in Health Sciences at Wilmington University- from Williamstown, N.J.- favorite athlete is Mitch Coll- on his "Mount Rushmore" of life would be "Mitch Coll all three times"-his favorite movie of all time is "any movie he can watch with Mitch Coll'- his biggest pet peeve is "when Mitch Coll is at work and not at home"-also enjoys cooking- if he could date any celebrity, he would date Gal Gadot- favorite cartoon character is Kim Possible- listens to "Fruit Salad" by Wiggles before meets- perfect meal is chicken parm- most memorable sports moment is the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl win- greatest advice received in sport is “Stay Patient”.
